Initial Consultation (60 mins):  $145

Bulk Bill only Appointments (20mins) limited number available – $53.80

Must have GP Management Plan (EPC) and Referral letter at first appointment

Only available to Pensioners, Concession card holders, Students

Please understand that due to time limitations, assessment may take more than 1 session to complete

I also consult via Telehealth (Phone or Videoconferencing). Home visits are available at an extra charge dependent upon the location.

Payment Method

Appointments require payment on the day of service. Cash, EFTPOS and credit cards are all accepted. Videoconferencing or phone consults require payment over the phone via credit card.

Private Health Insurance Fund

I am registered with all Private Health Funds, so individuals with Private Health Insurance (Extras) may be entitled to rebates for Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) Services, please check eligibility with your fund.

How to claim:   You will be issued with a receipt after the appointment at Colour City Medical Practice in Orange, that you can submit to your private health fund. I do have HICAPS available at my Dubbo practice and your claim will processed on the spot.


Medicare provides rebates for dietitian appointments. To be eligible for this rebate you must have a Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Care Plan from your GP. A copy of this plan and preferably (but not essential) a GP referral letter is required at the time of consultation.

How to claim:  At Colour City Medical Practice we can process the claim on the spot and the refund will be deposited into your nominated bank account

The Medicare rebate is currently $53.80


I am not a registered Provider with the NDIS, however I am seeing clients who are Self-Managed or Plan-Managed under the NDIS.

DVA (Department of Veterans Affairs)

I am a provider for the Department of Veterans Affairs. If you have a Gold card or relevant condition under other card types, you will not have to pay for your visit. Home visits can also be arranged if necessary.

How to claim:  If you are DVA eligible, please see your GP for a referral.

Worker’s Compensation and General Insurance Claims

While Dietetics isn’t a standard provider for Worker’s Compensation claims, I do provide dietary management and support for clients through Worker’s Compensation. Similarly, I also provide dietary advice and management for clients who have suffered an injury and whose quality of life can be improved through diet. Cancellation Fee Policy

As you would appreciate, my time is very valuable and I only have a certain number of hours to see clients. To ensure that people do not miss out on appointment times I have a strict 24 (business) hour cancellation policy.

Please respect that all cancellations and rescheduled appointments must be made within at least 24 business hours via a phone call. Unfortunately, I cannot accept text or email message cancellations.

If an appointment is cancelled or changed within 24 hours of the original appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.

However, I do understand that at times emergencies occur and discretion will be used in these circumstances.

I aim to provide all my clients with a highly specialised service so please respect my time and efforts and speak to me or the reception staff if you require any appointments to be changed.
